UK SHIPPING

  • We aim to process and dispatch all next-day orders the same day when received before 3pm, Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). Sometimes, in exceptional cases, it may take slightly longer to dispatch and you will be notified as such. In these cases we aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days, although this may not always be guaranteed.
  • All Royal Mail 24 orders will be collected the day following your order when ordered before 3pm, Monday-Friday.
  • If your item requires customisation, this will take longer and will be discussed with you upon purchase.
  • Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail when up to and including a large letter size, and by DPD next day when over 2kg and using expedited delivery. Your order may be sent using an alternative courier when not using next-day delivery.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery, however let us know if you have a safe place to leave your goods if you're likely to be out. If your parcel cannot be delivered it may be sent to your local depot for collection.
  • Orders to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland will be dispatched by another named courier and will take longer to receive.
  • Dispatch time to orders outside the UK will vary significantly.
